Owchy clogged duct

Hello, after a manic week when all feeds for my 5mo were hurried and baby quite distracted by her newfound skills I find I am being punished with a clogged duct. Yesterday my breast was hard and lumpy and feeding felt like knives scraping across nipple. After warm bath and retiring to the sofa for most of yesterday for a feedathon in front of the tv (little one was delighted!) the lump is now pretty much gone but the pain remains - anyone know whether I should be continuing the sofathon feeding or whether pain continues for a bit after things are back to normal (i.e. Could it just be bruising or some such)?
Thanks for any experiences.

Much better today thanks :) so to follow up it took about 48 hours all in to go from first noticing lump to all better. Though I think the blockage was clear after 24 hours (feeding as often as possible - my baby girl thinks it's great that I'm finally sitting still - neglected second child!)
Gammatron I hope any blockage passes quickly for you too.

I had it a few weeks ago and it's started coming back again today (yay!). Last time it took a few days to go back to normal and was then fine again until today (I've just started introducing solids but some days he's eating more than others so think it's taking a while for us both to adjust!)
