Is this thrush or normal for an EBF baby?

Dd is 18 days old. Feeding very well.

She woke up this morning with about 4 red spots on one cheek, they look like adult spots with a 'head'.

Ive just noticed she has a white film on her tongue. My nipples are fine. Feel & look ok.

Do bf babies get a film on their tongue? Could it be thrush? We've been discharged from the Midwife & can't get an appointment with the GP until next Friday.

The spots could be baby acne which is perfectly normal.

Can you wipe the white film off with your finger?

If not, it sounds like it could be thrush. Do you have any pain with feeding?
