I've got a 6 day old baby who has consistently been feeding every 2 1/2-3 hrs but last night she slept for 5hrs solid then fed a little then has only woken up every 3-3 1/2 hrs and gone straight to sleep after should I b worried with this change in pattern?

Personally, I wouldn't be worried.
The pattern will probably be different again tomorrow.
