My name is Natalie and I am an Access to Higher Education student currently undertaking research at Wiltshire College, Salisbury. As part of my Study Skills course project I am currently researching home births for first time mothers I would greatly appreciate if you could complete this questionnaire to assist with my research. The questions are brief and should only take around 10 minutes to complete; all retained information will be anonymous and completely confidential.
