Morning Lwatkins sorry you are feeling so low, I would offer you some ice cream to cheer you up but Dh finished them off last night, I have got Mince Pies and cream but maybe its a bit early for that unless you want to add heartburn to your woes I hope you manage to make a decision about what to do once the LO is born in regards to Uni. I had almost finished my course when i had ds1 and although i had lots of close friends who adored him, if it wasnt for the support of my family I dont think i would have coped with it all. Friends are good to have but when you need love and support no one is better than family (well most of the time)Good luck with your decision

Well guess how much sleep i've had, somewhere in the realm of F**K ALL! Think im seeing spots from lack of sleep and staring at computer screen for to long, and if i don't stop getting beatings from this pregnancy soon im gonna develop a nervous twitch in my left eye - not the most attractive thing in a person really! I've got back ache from sitting to long, but anytime i try and lie down im uncomfortable. I have a headache, heartburn, sleep deprivation, im hungry but nothing in the cubords looks appealing, everything aches........
Feeling so low and incredibly sorry for myself, and have the pleasures of writing a 2,500 word essay today - could things get ant better mmmmmm?

LW - thanks for the ice cream was very yummy. I guess there isnt any harm in seeing if they can get you accommodation by your parents. I know that a lot of people get by without any support from family, but i couldnt have coped without mine. I am lucky as both my mum and dad and MIL live 5-10 mins up the road.

Dylan was on MY list for when i was pg with ds, however not on Dh's. I really like it, although might have something to do with my Welsh roots. George was the name picked for this bubba had she have been a boy.

Had another good nights sleep with my new arrangement of pillows.

It'd be a move to a uni 2 hours away from home where my parents and all of my extended family live. They offer family accomadation, which is the main problem in Bristol cause I can't get accomadtion arranged (that'll be suitable and affordable!). I love my course and have made some great friends, but i'm not sure if that's a big enough incentive (sp) to stay. I'll be leaving uni at the start of may to go home and have the baby, just have to now decide what to do come september. And cause the babies dad is an arse, he's not gonna be about for help or support. Oh why do things have to be so bloody hard!

Scooter sorry to hear about your dd. I was told that the first time ds1 had a fit that it was more than likely febrile but after the 2nd they are treating it as serious. I think its because hes 9 and both times it has happened he has been perfectly healthy ie no fever but i know that with babies and young toddlers they are more prone to 'innocent' seizures especially if they have a temperature and this sounds as though it is what your dd has been experiencing. It is worrying though.

On the subject of ds1 as well as coming to terms with what happened last week he has now had to deal with his first big spot He has a great big red one on the tip of his nose (and its one of those painful ones) I know i shouldnt laugh but it is so noticeable. He didnt want to go to school today in case everyone saw it (well they couldnt really miss it)He went in the end though and apart from two boys (who are idiots anyway) no one took the mickey.

I am sooo tired. We had the skip delivered on Saturday so we had to clear all our rubbish away and empty both sheds (at least we have our garden back)then on Sunday it was FIL's birthday and then last night i sat up watching a Poirot box set we pinched from the IL's as there was nothing on TV. Im paying for it now though, my body feels like it needs to shut down.

Is anyone having trouble coming up with boys names. Dh likes fairly normal names so it cant be anything too unusual. Ds2 thinks we should call the baby Scooby or shaggy if its a boy and Daphne if its a girl I quite like Dylan George but Dh isnt convinced. Ive got a list as long as my arm of girls names but i always struggle with boys. Oh well i still have a while yet before i panic. With ds2 we had two names to choose from Ethan and Deacon but since then i have met a boy called Deacon and he is a little shit so its put me off. I did want Corey but Dh thinks its sounds silly (this is coming from the man whose parents named him after a car garage, luckily it was called Daron Fords and not Vauxhall)If only babies were born with name tags it would save a lot of hassle

LG&T, can I ask you about the Jane Powertwin (it was me talking about it). Do you think it would fit in the back of a fiesta? Also, someone has told me that a toddler can put his feet into the front wheel as the footrest isn?t very big. Is that true? I?ll come out and say I?m not that keen on the P&T. Sorry (hides head in shame). Not that I like the Powertwin much more, but needs must?.I guess I?ve been put off the P&T as my SIL had one and she wasn't that keen on it. Also, I had the HARDEST job not laughing as I watched my DB trying to push his ?all terrain? buggy over brighton beach. Poor love, the buggy wasn?t going anywhere until he had removed his DD from the buggy, thus enabling him to push. Turned out to be a common problem with P&T's and brighton's stony beach.

Do you mean transfer to a uni 2 hours from your family or 2 hours from Bristol? I would stay in Bristol unless you can be very near your family, i moved back home when i had the twins. I had made good friends at uni but not enough to rely on with a baby. Dilema.....

Aprilmeadow have a snickers ice-cream on me, passing it to you! LBL, honey's a pretty name. Don't wanna put a downer on the name for you but isn't it the name of an eastenders character? Mind, don't see why that would be an issue, and Honey Bea sounds sooo cool!
God i have so much to do, have a 2,500 word essay to write for thursday, have to sort out an insurance claim from my flights home over xmas, have to tidy my room, do my dishes, arrange a course transfer for september - the list goes on and on. Oh and have to eat the last two snickers ice-creams Now that i'm sure i can manage!
Need some opinions here:
Do i stay in Bristol to continue my degree in september, with a new born baby, no support, family live in scotland, etc
OR do i tranfer to a uni only 2 hours away where they can hopefully get me into family accomioadation?
I love Bristol and my course and have loads of friends here. But with no support for me and bean, and housing isn't looking promising the transfer looks like the more sensible option. What do you all think?

Well i only work 4 days a week so it is shorter than it should be. I have half a day off on Friday to get ready for my night out at the House of Lords! And am hoping to take a day off to go to the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden (xmas present from dh), so if i do that then it is only 34.5 days. And only 100 days until D-Day!

I have finally done a huuuuuggggeee clearout, trying to sell it all on my pic trail (on for sale board) has taken nearky all day and didnt even really touch the girls clothes if I do get rid of them

Totally knackered today. But did manage a good nights sleep - thank the lord!

Took ds to his swimming lesson today. We do a Baby Swimming course, and it is fantastic. We have been doing to for about 9mths and its great, he has no fear of the water at all. Holds on to the bar and drops down into the water, turns and 'swims' to me. Only about a meter mind but its so cool. He also throws himself off the side and swims to the surface. I am so chuffed at how well he is doing. I will definately do them with this baby.

Mmmmm, just made myself sweet and sour chicken with rice - scrummy! And for afters i think i'll have a smickers ice cream LW's in her element!
Finally got to sleep at about 8am this morning, only to then sleep in until about 5pm today How im supposed to get my sleeping pattern back on track i don't know. I just cannot het comfortable in bed, and turning over has become such a major effort it practically leaves me breathless! On the pram front, i think im gonna go for either a mammas and pappas pramette or a silvercross 3D thing, they both look the same but i think the silvercross ones are a bit cheaper and come in nicer colours. Just wont be able to but it for a while! As if being a full time student wasn't bad enough on the old purse strings i have to chuck in a baby to make life even more complicated!!!
I think today im favouring Charlotte May as my no.1 name, wonder what it'll be tommorrow

Aah, I'm sure the pushchair/pram/carseat/thing will be lovely then. I don't want to see it until Mathilda's here, not wanting to tempt fate. I've still got 15 weeks until my mat. leave starts, I finish 10 days before my due date. I do have 4 weeks holiday left though so I might take the odd week off here and there. Actually, I could roughly work three have one off, work three have one off couldn't I? That sounds very appealing.

I haven't done my profile page because there's nothing to say about me, I really am dull. I might go and do it now.
