Also agree with orange head PALS can be great. I have refered lots of my patients on to them and they have really helped and they should no all about all your rights etc.

Lissie I have posted on other thread. I hope you are ok silly question really. I really agree if you can afford to have 1 private consultation it could get any treatment etc started quicker it was amazing when I went private how different things were. Usually you pay about £100 for initial consultation and then can be refered back to the nhs. It makes me so angry that you should have to pay to get the treatment you should have got ages ago.

Lissie, after my mcs I channeled my angry into making sure I got the right tests and treatment. I would kick up as much fuss as possible. Perhaps ring liverpool and tell them your gp is refusing to refer and is there anything they can suggest. Even make a complaint against gp as you have a right to be refered, whatever you feel it takes to get it. Also try pals, I have never had exp with them but they supposed to be good. Hope you get somewhere

Lissie so sorry to hear this. If you can afford a private consultation, go now.
Progesterone is not an experimental treatment, it's commonly used in continental europe.
GBS matter should not be dismissed like that!!!
keeping everything crossed for you.

Contact their switchboard aand ask to speak to \ quality manager- and when you do, DEMAND that they oversee your immediate transfer of specialist.

im so angry! scan on weds at 9am. doctor was shite!
i asked to be referred toadifferent specialist, he wouldnt.
i asked about antibiotics for GBS, gave me some shit about VAGINAL GBS being a risk for newborns (pneumonia) i reminded him that i had UTERINE GBS, which is a risk for developing babies. he said there was no evidence (see here) i emntioned progesterone treatment. he said there was no evidence to support it ) and i mentioned my erratic cycles and suggested that progesterone treatment might help and he tried to tell me that your leutal phase had no impact on your fertility. he must think im stupid. im so so cross.

how fucking DARE he dismiss me like this? i dont care if treatment is experimental or not. at this stage i would dance naked over a frogs corpse at midnight if it meant one of my babies would make it
