Morning - sure this is old old topic but any advice about keeping on track with the morning nap greatfully received
last few days my 4.5months yr old waking at 5.30am..she sleeps in hammock in our room from 10.30pm after dream feed
Today she looked for a feed at 5.30am which meant it was about 6amish and i could not resettle her - as i expect her to get up around 6ammish as she's in bed by 6.30pm with a dream feed at 10.30pm
So she is doing very well really
BUT today if shes up from 5.30am - she is napping by 7.45am...and i have given her a much longer nap till 09.30am...normally its 45mins @ 9am....i gave longer nap as not sure how else to handle the very long morning if she napped from 7.45 to 8.30am she would then need to last until 11.30/12 which not sure she could handle
I really want to get her back on track for a 8.30am/9am nap for 45mins,
So i am thinking to move her to her room and leave her in her cot if she wakes up at 5.30am and see if she plays for a wee while
I will see how tonight goes in her big bed for the first night!
Any tips for pushing the wake up to 6amish
Gratefully received
thanks!!!
