DD has always had milk at bedtime and has sometimes asked for it in the day as well. She has always been a poor eater (quantity not variety)and milk was always the one thing I could guarantee to get into her. However the past few days she has refused to drink her milk and says she doesn't like milk. Is it important for her still to have milk at this age? She doesn't like milk on her cereal, and isn't a big fan of sauces or anything mushy (eg mashed potato)so I don't really know how to get it into her if it is. She will eat cheese or yoghurt etc but it entirely depends on her mood, sometimes she'll eat loads of it other times she will refuse it.
I tend not to stress about the shoulds but it seems to have been drummed into me that milk is important for kids and I can't help but worry about her having it. Of course this may just be a phase in which case I am worrying about nothing...
