When will my 15 month old become less impulsive and hyper

My DS1 is 15 months and is a very active child always on the go. Never one to sit for cuddles and certainly won't sit on my lap. I know at this age it's quite normal to be constantly on the go with your little one who wants to explore, but going out eg to a cafe or to friends' homes is getting difficult as he is just constantly grabbing, touching, causing chaos and will not be held. I'm just curious as to what age this eases to give one very tired mum a light at the end of a very hectic tunnel!x

Yep, around 3 they usually stop grabbing.
My DS 15 months is the same, I remember the other DC doing exactly what he's doing now. At the moment he's obsessed with touching the dog bowl and climbing onto furniture.

Unfortunately you have quite a few years left of it! Wait til your visiting relatives and your ds won't stop saying how bored he is and when can he leave Blush although the grabbing usually stops by the time their 3 Grin you just learn after a while to expect it and it becomes less draining somehow..

All sounds normal. Another 3.5 years should do it...
