I can understand first initials not being shared as I know it bothers some people, but does it really matter if you repeat a middle initial? Do if your middle name is Jane for example, can't you have a James? That might make things easier and open up the field so to speak if you relax the rule a bit?

Have you looked at nymbler? You can put in names you like and it gives you similar names in alphabetical order so easy to skip the letters you don't want?
