DS is 12 days old, and doesn't have a proper name yet... DP is Indian I'm English, we've decided DS is to have an Indian (Hindu) name but I can't settle on any! His 'pet' name is Pip, and always will be to me but the boy needs a name!
Has to be by tomorrow as we need his birth certificate for some official documentation.
I'd like a name which is easy to spell/ pronounce as we live in the uk and may be moving to nz in the future.

So far the short list is:

Krishna
Nikhil
Sachin
Aaryan

Opinions please mners Grin

Sachin (depending on its meaning) is great - pronouncable (I assume?) spellable, has a nice sound.

Pip for a middle name though right??

Good luck with the decision!

PS someone suggested Vikram which I also like, know one and again it sounds nice.

How about krishan? I looked after the most lovely boy called krishan and it's an Indian name for a boy and not dissimilar to the one you like :)

DP likes Aadi...
I do too, but it makes me think of Dev's son on coronation street! Am I being silly?
