Hey, so my neighbours daughter (i think she's 4/5) put a Christmas tree drawing through my door yesterday addressed to me and husband, from her. How do I respond? Do I send a hand drawn thank you card back? Wait a month and send a hand drawn Easter card that they can colour in? Compliment the tree drawing and handwriting in a hand drawn thank you card? I'm not sure what is expected of me and my husband says I don't need to send anything back, but I don't agree because usually you send out "thank you" when you are given something... any ideas/thoughts?
