Free happy mail project for new mums!

I wanted to let you know about a new project that I've started...

The #MamaMail project encourages mums to send some happy mail (a letter, postcard, even a little gift) to a new mum who might be in need of support and encouragement during the postpartum weeks.
It's free to take part and you can sign up to receive, or send happy mail or both (only if you want to)! It's a great way for mums to support each other during the early weeks with a newborn.

I love this idea and have signed up to send something. I actually have a 2.5yo DS and a 5mo DD. About a month ago I was diagnosed with PND. Receiving something like this during the dark days would have been amazing. Perhaps you could extend it so those with slightly older babies can be involved too? I found that I had lots of help the first few months but when that stopped that's when I found it tough.
