Can this be true?

I don't know the word but the power of certain minds? Is it real?

3 years ago I had a week's horrible unexpected hospital stay. I swelled up so much I took my engagement ring off (not my wedding ring).

When I came home I put it somewhere "safe" as I was still bloated and since then I haven't found it. I'm almost certain it was in the kitchen but to this day I haven't found it.

It's a beautiful ring, not massively expensive (cost £375 18 years ago). It was designed based on Monica's ring from Friends but opposite settings - emerald cut sapphire, with a small diamond either side on a white gold plain band.

Can anyone help me find it please? 🙈 I'm not spiritual but willing to try this ridiculous plea to being my lovely eing back to me.

I lost a watch when haymaking. Nephew couldn't find it with his metal detector
In the same field 21 years later I found the watch while bale carting - saw the strap buckle glinting. How flukey is that?
Watch doesn't work and is very rusty though.

This is where St Anthony differs from the Boggarts. If you ask the Boggarts to return the thing they've taken you have to then stop looking.

I prayed to St Anthony, as instructed on this thread, a couple of days ago to find my mislaid birth certificate. It still hasn't turned up.

To be fair, I haven't actually looked for it yet.

Ah here - you have to meet him halfway by actually trying to find things. He's not a Lost & Found desk and is rummaging in the back for something 😂

I'd pray to St Anthony too - things then usually turn up (& it can't actually hurt, so no harm in trying!)

£10?! I'd come and search her house for her if she would give me a tenner for it!

I’m with St Anthony too. An earnest prayer ‘St Anthony seek, St Anthony find, St Anthony bring this to my mind’. I recently introduced my DD12 to this prayer - she’d dropped her new LOL doll in the dark and was in bits. She said the prayer with her eyes shut, and promised him 20 quid - he likes money - she retraced her footsteps again and found it. She was amazed. She put the twenty quid in the box in the local church 😂

Years ago I lost my engagement ring. I was convinced that when I'd put some clothes away, it had slipped off my finger but I had everything out of the cupboard and couldn't find it. A couple of years later we decorated the bedroom and there was my ring tucked between the carpet and the skirting board. It had fallen down the back of the old cupboard and out of the bottom. Check the floor 😀

Years ago I couldn't find my spare set of keys and worried about changing the locks.
I had bought a key safe but stupidly never had it installed. Found in an old Ted Baker purse I haven't used in years and was selling on eBay. Nowadays, if I put stuff away, I take a photo of the item in the place and archive it.

Ask St. Anthony. When it's found put a £10 in the St Anthony donation "box" near his statue in a Catholic church.
If there is no St. Anthony donation "box" give the £10 to a charity.

I lost a necklace somewhere in my house. I searched on and off for months. One day I started just really thinking about it and focusing on it coming back to me. A few days later I opened the washing machine to get out the wet clothes and there it was! It was lost for a year. Still no idea how it got there! Give it a try and good luck.

Well it can't be a very spiritual thing when after all this advice from supposedly "spiritual" people plus praying to St Anthony, the ring has not turned up yet...

I took mine off when pregnant. It disappeared completely. Many years later ai found it inside the lining of a handbag I was about to donate when I picked it up and felt it rattle. I had insured and replaced it and now have one for each daughter.

We recently made a cross country move (in the US) and sold or donated almost all of our furniture and housewares. I haven’t been able to wear my wedding set on my ring finger since I was pregnant with my youngest because I gained weight. I was wearing the set on my pinkie.

On our final night in our home a lady from a charity who helps refugees picked up the last of our bedding and housewares. I helped her load everything and noticed my wedding set was gone as she was getting ready to leave. We couldn’t go through everything because her moving van was completely full and it was really late. She promised to go through everything carefully and send it to me if she found it.

She messaged me the next evening to tell me she didn’t find my ring but would pray that it would turn up. I was praying too. It took four days of driving to reach our new city. I brought my coffee machine with me and when I unpacked it, my ring was in the reservoir. I have no idea how it got there. I messaged the lady so she wouldn’t keep looking and she messaged back that her prayers were answered.

I’m my house it would be inside my son’s pillowcase. He’s a bit of a magpie in our house. Have you looked in the crispier drawer of the fridge? Or the freezer? My rings sometimes drop off when I’m rooting around in the cold.

Pray to st Anthony. We also sing a song over and over (make up the words, I.e please can we have a parking space. Change to please can I find my ring) whether it is for a parking space or we want it to stop raining. Completely nutty but Surprisingly it almost always works 😂😂😂

Have you taken out all of the drawers and checked that it hasn’t fallen into the back of the cupboard where the drawers are?
