CF neighbour

Our neighbour always has an overflowing general waste bin. Again the lid is sitting at an almost 90degree angle and she has stuffed it with all sorts of stuff. She has also placed two bags of shite on top of my bin! Collection is today and I can see them refusing to take it with extra rubbish on top! Aibu to be really annoyed, the local tip is open and they have 3 cars and no disabilities apart from laziness!

We had bin fucker students. Did not recycle or squash their recycling so used other people's bins. Mainly that of my elderly infirm neighbour. First I knew of it was a note on top of his bin.

One day they used my bin. Took out the untied bag leant it against their front door, banged on the door then stomped off upstairs. When they opened the door they were told loudly to use their own bin in future.

Never used my bin again.

Ok Tabby we get it ffs! I have had an elderly relative with dementia and my father died from a degenerative neurological condition. So i’m not ignorant. Jeez are you always this desperate to ram home something irrelevant? She is a cheeky mare and this is not the first time, she has form!

You really are all very horrid aren't you

Perhaps we all have hidden disabilities. Grin

I'm sorry - that was a cheap shot - but it is a fact of life that while there are people with hidden disabilities, most CFs are just that. Entitled, self-obsessed, opinionated (er, guilty as charged to that last one) and plain nasty.

You really are all very horrid aren't you. I mainly commented on the "definitely no disabilities" comment, as it hit a nerve.....you really can't and shouldn't make that assumption. Yes, in all likelihood this person is being a c.f., and we all like a good laugh. ..but just think people should give a thought about things before they launch into attack mode. I used to be one of those who was cynacle about everyone being on the spectrum, but now, due to personal circumstances realise that there are a lot more invisible disabled people out there than we realise. I was amazed how many people on this thread seemed to think disabled just meant physically disabled.

CheekyFuckery will be a notifiable disease 😂

There's no such thing as bratty spoiled children either - they're instantly diagnosed as being 'on the spectrum'.

A cunt is a cunt, whether disabled or not.

If it happens again OP, just lob the bags at neighbours door. No need to worry about the bags splitting........

so cfs behaviour on mn are now classed as disabled [hidden and otherwise] or mh issues.
just wanted to get my mh addled head round that.

What an enjoyable thread Grin

@SchadenfreudePersonified wins.

The repeated claims that all CFery should be attributed to mysterious invisible disabilities is fun, too, though. 😂

@TabbyMumz sorry your family member has a brain injury. It doesn't mean they can act like a wanker,

There is no reason a member of the OPs neighbour's family couldn't come over and say something along the lines of "is it ok if we do x with our bins..."

I know plenty of disabled people since my daughter works with profoundly disabled people. Most of them manage not to be wankers most of the time. stop projecting

@Myimaginarycathasfleas she needs about 5 threads...particularly when she wanted me to give her half the money to pay for a path that I neither wanted or needed.

Oh - and I agree with you about Brian Cox - he's not my preferred Heavenly Body either, though I have a dear friend (a sensible, happily married woman with two adult children), who melts at the sound of his tedious monotone.

There's nowt so queer as folk, is there . . . ?

It’s always overflowing and she always puts it in the pickup space for our house because she parks across her drive.

Bin and parking thread combined! OP, you are spoiling us...

Yanbu. Chuck her rubbish in the middle of the drive.
Wish people would stop derailing the thread. Its fairly obvious to any reasonable person what the OP meant.

@Kazooboohoo...I don't think anyone actually mentioned mental health? But you have....do you think hidden disability just means mental health?

@KetoWithIF my other neighbour has sone tyres in their garden 🤔.

@TabbyMumz IT WASN’T A MISTAKE! She’s a piss taker and has fuck all reason to excuse it! Yes you’re point may be valid but here it’s not. She’s very physically fit and NT! Her bin lid was at a 90 degree angle but she still had rubbish so just whacked it on of mine as it wouldn't balance on hers. Anyway job done as I went passed I put them on the ground on either side of her bin and now the trick has been. My bin is safely stowed away...my precious lol.

Evenv if she did have a disable concern that doesn't excuse dumping her rubbish with op,".....Yes it does, for the reasons I've put above

No, no it really doesn't. Your reasons are invalid.
Yes @Kazooboohoo, it does. You obviously haven't experienced anyone having bouts of confusion from any disability, be it a brain injury, alzeimers, autism, whatever. My family member can drive a car and be there for her children, but she often throws away food that is in date, and keeps food out of date. She often has clear out sessions, throwing away stuff that is needed. There are 101 things people with bouts of confusion from disability might do, including putting bib bags in the wrong place, or not being great at recycling. She often annoys people by taking ages looking at unnecessary items in the shops, causing a queue, which annoys people. She looks normal.you wouldn't know she was disabled in any way. Just asking people to give it some thought really. Just like there are disabled children, there are also disabled adults. You see things in a different light when you've been there and know someone like this. And yes there might be other adults in the house, but they might not be able to keep on top of everything.
