If a driver is using their phone to play music on and they occasionally press the on screen button to skip to the next track is that illegal because it's being played on phone or is it treated the same as pressing the button on the in car stereo to skip the track?

Ah, you see I refuse to use the phone when the car is moving.

Pretty certain there's apps (it may be inbuilt in Android) that can announce a callers name. And the screen can show it.
