My DH is extremely violent when asleep, even without alcohol.

He has punched, kicked, grabbed, threatened and sworn at me. He also assumes the most ridiculous of sleeping positions, like a starfish across the middle of the bed, head covered in quilt, feet out in the cold, sweating like the most sweaty thing. And he snores like a herd of thundering wilderbeeste.

My solution was to sleep in another room. He's perfectly reasonable in most other ways.

But, serious op, what a nasty arse of a man. When my h shat himself on holiday after drinking with randoms, and we were in a room with dds. I was very close to divorcing the wanker still don't know why I haven't I have warned him, another episode of that, and he's packing his fucking bags and out the door he will go. I took a photo, and his face when I showed him, was a picture.

This is what I'd use on my DP when he snores! But I suffer in silence most of the time. Hey ho.

Why do blokes say "sorry" the day after? It's as if its some big surprise, I just don't know what happened I somehow ended up pissed. Why not try not getting in a state to begin with, then you wouldn't have to apologise the day after.

I've just thought that I actually call DH all the names under the sun, including cunt, when he wakes me up or keeps me awake with his nocturnal noises.

But he knows I don't mean it, which sounds like a lame excuse on my part when you're talking about your pissed up aggressive DH, but I genuinely don't think he's a cunt, even though I regularly call him one.

I know if he said it to me if he was pissed (which he doesn't get as such, and wouldn't say it anyway) I would brush it off because it wouldn't be a regular thing and I'd feel confident that he doesn't think that about me.

The problem with your DH is that he's treating you like shit all the time and letting the alcohol take the blame, but he may as well be saying it to you sober because the effect it must have on you is the same.

How does the conversation go when you talk to him about it?

What's he said when you've told him what he's like when he's pissed? How come he's OK with calling you a cunt and being a twat regularly and for avoidable reasons?

That must be a pretty uncomfortable atmosphere for you to have to live in OP? Does it affect other times when he's not actually pissed or recovering from a hangover, like do you know it's coming up and start dreading it days beforehand?
