Just that really.

I'm watching the apprentice final and just noticed she is 24, yes she is a beautiful lady but I'm shocked at the fact she's 24!

Everyone looks older on TV and the business suits only make it worse.

She's not beautiful imo, she was when she was much more pretty when she was young, but I reserve 'beautiful' for the likes of Kim Kardashian etc, but she is pretty.

tbh I found her very unlikeable in all aspects,I mean she is intelligent but thats where here redeeming qualities begin and end imo, Im surprised to say Luisa impressed me more towards the end with emotional intelligence.

Graceful, intelligent, composed...???

Was I watching a different programme?

She was rude, arrogant and spoke over people. She'll go far in business no doubt.

She'd be a great face of her business IF she was 70.

She's 24, all she says to me is "UNECESSARY" money making from people's insecurities, people who should not be even beginning to think about freezing their features.

Leah has a very symmentrical face and a perfect nose, so the structure is beautiful - more handsome iykwim than pretty, the treatments so far haven't spoiled it imo, if she is careful not to do more and more, she'll be still very good looking for a long time, it's the bones..

She IS beautiful, but unfortunately looks like a mid 30's attractive woman who's overdone the botox.

Too much work too young makes you look like you're older.

Being into my performing arts I feel it's sad that many women are so quick to eradicate their wonderful facial expressions in the attempt to look young. I don't LIKE wrinkles particularly (especially my developing 'cat's bum' lines) but I'd much prefer to have my expressions. I LOVE faces.

When I was young my skin was smooth, yes, but if I raised my eyebrows firstly they would actually rise, and secondly the skin would crinkle... that is not aging, that's expression.

Each to their own of course, and if these procedures are done by trained in this area Drs, then it's personal choice, I choose to drink, I chose to smoke, I am the target for much criticism... who am I to judge? For balance though, I'd like to see the endless pursuit of youth judged as harshly as drinking, eating and smoking. Because I believe it's just as damaging, if not more so to society as a whole.

I agree I'm 23 no way is she only a year older than me, Shock and I'm considered to look older Confused

I do think she is pretty though. I would say Luisa is more naturally pretty though.

agreee with Eili and Whistling - and I think she is a great face of her business precisely because regardless of looking a bit airbrushed she's not a stereotypical brainless/shallow young girl who is focused on her looks only - she unusually combines high level of intelligence and efficiency with being also focused on her looks. It's a modern look but without any extremes, and I like her as a whole person so can't understand the whole venom on here. Yes obv she's not a carefree hippy-type girl in her style, but nothing wrong with variety in styles. She thinks and acts much older than 24 , not just looks older - some people are always mature, and some are forever kids, takes all sorts.
Much prefer her to Luisa - btw who has fake boobs and hair extentions - so what? it's their business, as far they are good people, and I think Luisa is much more fake, all this niceness in the end was just to secure a result, she still thinks (and said today) that she is the best of the lot - her head is So up her arse, the boss cringed a bit. Leah is much more modest, even when she promoted herself it's always about her reliability and strength, not about her talents/being clever - all that came from other people.

YANBU she can't move her eyebrows Hmm I think the frozen look contributes to the comments on the show about her not being as personable and warm as some other contestants.

Beautiful and intelligent, yes...but in danger of over using her own products too early, it does age her imo.

Whoever said this Leah is a strong role model for women today is crazy IMO - she is the opposite of what young girls should be aspiring to from a physical point of view - fake and plastic. It's the Katie price effect I'm afraid.

Jads It would also seem a real waste of her training if I'm honest. A bit like Holly Branson training as dr, doing the bare minimum and going to work for her dad in Virgin Health. They both have the right to do it, but it doesn't sit right for me

I agree. You would think the interview would sift them out. That said, as individuals, I still admire them for having done a medical degree when they could have done so much less with their lives.

I don't think Leah looks older than 24, as her skin tone is very youthful, but the cosmetic work she has had done makes her look less innocent, and possibly changes the shape of her face subtly. ie the area around her nose to cheek lines looks puffy, her lips are an odd, slightly angular shape at the outer edges and her forehead lacks expression. It would be smooth at her age anyway. Her hair extensions aren't the worst but they are very monotone and dry looking and again don't look like a younger person's hair.

I wonder what her motivation was for The Apprentice. Fame? Money? Sad to say she will probably make more money by becoming a well known cosmetic enhancement type doctor, but it is still something that can be done by non-medically qualified persons so is hardly a true medical speciality.

I would be concerned that at such a young age, she has gone down the route of having stuff done than leaving well alone, added to her publicity hunger, she is possibly at this stage in her life not the most balanced or experienced person to be offering expertise in cosmetic enhancement.

Nearly all of the The Apprentice female candidates now have false eyelashes, nails, hair extensions, pancake makeup, etc - its almost like a uniform.

Not that Sir Alan is being slated for how he looks

But that kind of proves my point

Let's just slate the attractive blonde

EugenesAxe · 17/07/2013 23:37

Well I think (especially given her business) that she's fucked about with herself a bit, and I always think that ages you (ironically).

She's also very 'together' and mature in her personality, so seems older for that reason.

TheCrackFox · 17/07/2013 23:37

I think all the procedures she has had have aged her by a decade.

I'm not a fan at all of boots, fillers etc. It doesn't make anyone look younger,, just different and sometimes completely odd looking.

I think it is very sad to encourage women of her age to believe that they need "enhancing" to look good.

I don't see it as any different to people 'enhancing' their bodies with tattoos Maryz

I don't particularly like them, but I wouldn't slate women or men for that matter if they wanted to have them. Or if they wanted to make a living out of giving them to other people.

There's a lot of demand for botox and her and Alan are simply cashing in on that, like all business people cash in on the latest trend.

I still don't think they deserve to be slated for how they look whilst going about their business.

In fact the more people criticise other people's looks, the more botox and other surgical procedures are sold.

And to be fair, throughout the series she herself has talked about how her looks are important to her and stated she was the most glamourous of the contestants (or something like that) , that does kind of open her up to discussion about her looks.

Weirdly, I think she does look her age and I wouldn't know she'd had anything done. I also think she's bloody gorgeous, voluminous hair and all. And yes, I'm very jealous...

Wrt the dentist with no teeth thing. Presumably dentists don't do their own teeth, someone else does (I'm speculating, just go with me here Grin) so I certainly wouldn't visit the dentist's dentist iykwim.

No one is making a comment about any of her features untouched by cosmetic surgery.
I think it's perfectly valid to comment on her 'look'. As someone else said, it's a good indication as to the kind of 'look' you will have, if you start having boots and fillers etc.
