AIBU?

to think that Imogen from BB?

Just seen the news coverage of Imogen on This Morning. I know she was upset but she looked older than her 28 years. I always thought she was attractive when she was on BB but she appears to have ruined what she was given naturally.

The Daily Mail made it pretty clear that the actor (who sought an injunction under the initials NEJ) who shagged a prostitute is indeed the second Hugh mentioned in the Hugh Grant article above by using the same words to describe "NEJ" that they used in an interview with the second Hugh a few weeks ago. Also randomly mentioning all over the place that he is married with one son and tweets! Naughty Naughty. Not sure where the star wars/EM confusion has arisen but he (NEJ) did play a star wars figure collecting geek in a recent film...so I hope the EM thing is just a big mistake. Also I think this injunction is just an injunction not a super.

There is a second actor (in the case ETK) who got the super contra mundum (SP?) injunction last week. He is an utterly SHAMELESS guy who had an affair with his co-star who left the series they star in together in December 2010. Not sure if that is linked to the costar who left a series in December 2010 due to "commuting problems". Seems that a certain top ger presenter is getting the blame for this one in a lot of internet speculation but is in fact innocent (of this).

As for Bryan Riggs - at least he seems able to keep his mind on the game! And I think he just has a temporary gag order. I'd be pretty annoyed if I was one of his team-mates though - I have seen most of them mentioned as candidates for this one. Presumably they are getting no end of grief from their WAGS at the moment.

All of this nonsense of course is quite interesting to my prurient mind but more seriously does just detract from the very serious use of these injunctions in toxic dumping and criminal cases.

I'm prepared to take that consequence.

"To be fair though I dont think she is having a good week"

Having one of the better weeks of her career surely?

I think the official line is that your legal people have to speak to her legal people and then go to the high court to discuss it further but no-one is supposed to know about it or that either of you exist.

Who she shagged then?

But we do know about the super injunctions - just not exactly who they have been granted to. Grin

lots of injunctions are being wrongly labelled 'super injunctions' - i'm only aware of two of these in the past year or so

They seem to 'report' an awful lot on Twitter.

there's no injunction involving Hugh Laurie.

In the case of super-injunctions - you wouldn't even know about them. Nobody is allowed to report their existence.

Yes, got that Newgolddream. Thanks.

Just thinking how awful it is for them if they are victims of nothing more than speculation, though.

Of course, I'm a hypocrite because I'm adding to it ...... doh!

Meanwhile, back to the OP's original point, this woman (and others like her) get the attention they crave and probably earn a fortune from not telling their story. Madness.

oops the Scottish actor is EM, think Trainspotting.

I am a huge fan of Hugh Laurie and admire him greatly. I would be very happy if it wasn't him.

The links above say that the actor is Scottish and Hugh Laurie was born in Oxford. The Downton Hugh was born in London. I suppose it may refer to the nationality of his parents though?

The other main candidate is definitely Scottish.

If you google Hugh Laurie and affair, you will find plenty of his misdemeanours... he doesnt appear to have any injuctions on the go yet though...

Actually, given that there are currently 30 super injunctions out there, we could ALL be right....

I hope not. I always think that Hugh Laurie is just lovely.

I saw this but didn't remember or recognise her so felt a bit sorry for her at first, saying she hadn't been briefed about the correct answers then they mentioned big brother and I lot all sympathy when I realised who she was.

So that's who the footballer is RG! I would. Grin

All this speculation ....

Imagine if you were one of the innocent actors being speculated about .... it must be absolutely awful.

The fallout would be sharp and swift for the guilty one and the "damage" to his wife and children must already have hit hard.
