A book explaining adoption to birth children.

Can anyone recommend a good book for explaining adoption to our birth son? We have just started stage one of and are struggling to explain adoption (age 3). I bought a book but it was about a child adopted from africa and the talked about the parents getting on a plane and returning a week later with a sibling.
Any recommendations?

I always recommend this book. It's called What do we think about adoption printed by BAAF. You can get in on Amazon.
Before we adopted DS we gave a copy of this book to all my nieces and nephews and I've also given a copy to my kids school teachers over the years.
It's very good and explains adoption in a very simple way
