Cleaning after stomach bug

My worst nightmare happened (as you can tell by my name 😬). The sick bug got us. Little one threw up on the floor (obviously cleaned up immediately) but I can't help but think the place needs fumigating or something

What should I do to clean everywhere? Use bleach? (We have a dog and 1 year old?). Would dettol or Milton suffice? Toothbrushes are being replaced. Washing bedding etc?
Or am I thinking too much into this?
I have OCD and anxieties around things like this which I'm working on but I don't want to be unnecessarily going over the top with it because it's so exhausting.

If I don't clean I'll probably be washing my hands after everything I've touched 🙄
