Have just seen the list of Republicans who voted to impeach. Romney wasnt on it? I would have thought he would have been no.1.
Can anyone shed any light?

Sorry - if you aren't massively into the US political system.

The senate is their upper house (like the house of lords) and the house of representatives is more akin to the commons.

So when a vote is in the lower chamber members of the upper chamber don't get to vote... I hope that makes sense.

(Guess who toured the capitol on a trip to Washington a few years ago...)
