Diamond earrings
A really expensive haircut
A new bike
That’d probably be the £1k gone to be honest Grin spending spree in Waterstones Piccadilly if anything left!

Hmmmmmmmm. So many decisions! I’d love to have my teeth sorted out but don’t think that would be a priority. Probably house stuff really. Beautiful new thick living room curtains

So. Many. Books. On Kindle, due to lack of shelf space.

Get myself an old caravan and some materials to do it up.

Just bought a new iPad for me, well worth the money for the daily use.

Assuming we're thinking no Covid, can't use it for anything practical (or savings), I think I'd go for:

  1. A load of really nice yarn that I could use to make a properly lovely blanket

  1. A weekend retreat, not too far away, but by the sea with lots of relaxing time

  1. Lego. Either the big rollercoaster or a big train set

Put it away for a holiday when this is all over. Somewhere where the sand is too hot to walk on and the beer is kept in ice buckets. I still look quite good in just what my mother gave me so I'd want a wedgie bikini, tan my bum too. And pineapple cocktails, where they juice fresh pineappple and mix it with local white rum, lots of crushed ice. When will it be safe to book a holiday ?

@happytobemrsg

I love VCA. I had to sell some sweet earrings as I had problems with my ears which mean I now can’t wear them. I was gutted. So I’ll be buying something else from VCA with the proceeds! I love the thin perlee rings but also the Alhambra pendants! I could afford the sweet version but wondering if I should save the extra for vintage... which necklace do you want?

@cwtchesandprosecco

I got an unexpected bonus from work recently and in a fit of indulgence bought a Gucci bag. Ridiculously expensive and wasteful but, on balance, I don’t regret it Grin

Which one did you buy??

@CorianderLord is that enough for the veneers? I hate my teeth but always assume dental work will be ££££

I would go into town and buy the black Vivienne Westwood cross body bag that I've had my eye on. Then a nice lunch, strictly no children in sight, and probably the rest on a cover up tattoo.

A hotel where I could see the sea and mountains all on my own. I'd stay there until my £1000 ran out.

Purely for myself, a couple of tattoos, and some new clothes from whatever is left.

Something for the house, probably put it towards a beautiful vintage rosewood sideboard to replace the IKEA monstrosity we have at the moment.

Teeth, a bit of straightening in the bottom. And botox.

I've had my legs lasered and it was worth it!

Because you get it done weeks apart it's not a lump sum so it was more affordable than I expected.

  1. permanent hair removal on my jaw/chin/lip which I think could eat up a lot of it, maybe a night away with dh in the lakes to

  2. a two night spa break just for me incl treatments and food and some new underwear
