... a wee, do you take the whole lot off or is there an easier way?

Drinking plenty to keep hydrated but a weak bladder and the sound of water is a bad combination! I've noticed that other ladies are in and out of the loos much quicker than me so I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong Blush

Having re-read this thread - I'm wondering a bit now - is this legit - I mean think about it - a grown woman doesn't know how to go for a wee in a bathing costume!!!!??? I fell for it too and added the same advice as everyone else.... now I'm left wondering if someone is having "fun" imagining us all pulling our gussets across 🤢🤢
@MNHQ - thoughts?

I can’t believe people here are talking about peeing in the pool. That’s so disgusting.

I would never pee in the pool, but I’ve never managed to master the gusset to the side thing either....so now I have loads of tankinis - not that any of them have seen the sun this year, mind you Sad

Gusset to the side.

But I do pee in the sea. Beach toilets are to be avoided as much as possible.

But our pool toilets are ok thankfully. My oldest always needs a wee within about 10 minutes of being in the pool so they were visited pretty frequently in The Beforetimes.

Prefer to avoid swimming pool toilets if I can, floors are usually minging but if I'm desperate then I just hitch the bottom part of my Costume to the side and hover over the toilet whilst freaking out about all the germs touching my feet. Swimming in the sea however I don't mind peeing there and then but will try and swim further out to do it

The side gusset pull for me, too.
I only learnt last year (at the age of 50), after reading about it on here.

Those of you who pee in pools... you are repulsive and selfish individuals 🤮

Gusset to the side, always!!

Those of you peeing in the pool, fucking grim!

The sea is perfectly acceptable to pee in, anything smaller than an actual ocean that you are sharing with other people is a hard no.

Gusset grab

I hate pool toilets. The not knowing if the wet seat and floor is piss or pool water. But I wouldnt piss in the pool.

I once tried to piss in the sea and my body wouldnt let me do it. Pretty odd given it happily lets me piss myself if I cough.

@TooExtraImmatureCheddar

Mind blown! I always take mine off! I had no idea most people just pulled the gusset sideways.

Me too!

That’s just grim that adults consider it ok to wee in a pool 🤮. Thank goodness I’ve taken to open water swimming over lockdown and have no intention of going back to a pool.

I wore a bodysuit thing to the pub last time I went Out Out and had a few gins. I thought I’d be clever and do a gusset pull wee.

I will never attempt that again, even sober. Far too risky in my experience.

I don't pee in pools! I can put my hand on my heart and say I've not done it since I was a small child.

I don't even pee in the sea.

Gusset puller here but only if I’m 100% confident of zero rear-end follow through ...so not after a moules marinieres lunch! Recent wax also vital.

I can't believe people mess around taking swimwear off to wee. Not that a huge effort is required to keep your hand out the way. I've never wet my hand, but never given it any particular thought!!

DizzyPigeon · 29/09/2020 20:49

I’m paranoid it will go saggy and reveal too much when I’m swimming or getting out of the pool 🤣

I don't want to brag or anything, but.. I pull to the side and I've never had a saggy gusset.

Life is too short to take off a wet swimsuit to have a pee Grin

Pmsl at the comments on this thread 😂🤣😁 Makes me feel glad my pool hasn't reopened since covid 😉

As long as you don’t pmsl in the pool 😂

I always pull mine down because I don’t want to stretch the gusset by pulling it to the side each time. I’m paranoid it will go saggy and reveal too much when I’m swimming or getting out of the pool 🤣

Just to add to the gusset thing, make sure you have toilet paper ready in your other hand. You're welcome.
