They cause awful smelly wind, but whatever.

I do smile at the work and ingredients and cooking involved in hiding the taste of REAL sprouts. Says it all for me. Nope.

"Green fart balls" Grin They don't seem to have that affect on me unfortunately

I seem to be the only person here who doesn't like them
Be gone, heathen! Wink

I get the frozen ones then steam them for a few minutes straight from the freezer, so I can have them all year round. Lovely.

Chewbecca, that’s what Delia Smith says, wait for the first frost.
I wish it would hurry up!

They are little green balls of joy, especially when covered in gravy.

I've always thought they were called 'Brussled' Sprouts.

And I seem to be the only person here who doesn't like themBlush.....

Me! They are just delicious.

I love them but only eat them in season, so first portion comes after the first frost.

I like them steamed best but also like to boil, roast or shred and fry.

I do the little cross in the bottom like my mum did even though the chefs say you don’t need to. Blush. I can’t stop myself.

Cook sprouts and add them to pizza just before doing the pizza.
He's a very unique child Grin

Oh yes, garlic or roasted are lovely Smile I hate Coriander though Envy

Just planted out a load of sprouts plants....grow your own
That’s the plan for next year. Have you grown them before?

They're ace - like faraway cabbages
Yes, like cute little cabbages! Grin

If you want traditional Christmas sprouts like Grannie used to make, I'm afraid you're too late - they should have been on to boil during the first week of September
Revolting I bet the main reason why so many people hate them is because they often get served up mushy [barf]

Here in the USA they are a very frequent side.

Sprouts, sprouts, glorious sprouts. DCs all love them too. Eaten when in season and Christmas lunch would not be Christmas lunch without them.

Sprouts are for life, not just for Christmas.

I love them. I don't even do anything special to them, they are great just boiled. My family think I am weird as I would rather eat boiled sprouts than eat an apple.

I love them and have got my sprout hating husband to love them too by:
boiling for a few minutes, cutting them in half then roasting them in a bit of oil , balsamic or maple syrup.

They are the best.
