Greed, a twin pregnancy and C-section have given me a pouch that only a marsupial could love.

Useful for storing wet wipes and shopping lists, it is rather unsightly in an unforgiving clingy dress.

I need a cover up.

FiveHoursSleep - big thanks for response, really helps to know it's not us. We've just started big distraction hand over activity for when she gets there so this will hopefully help - last week we managed to get out of nursery and half way down road before she went into meltdown and tried to run back to nursery! Did you get any help from anyone about why they go through cycles of it - am dreading it carrying on into school etc.

Am being dim about the blog comments thing - I think it's switched on? Is there something else I need to do?

I've just done a post about some of the Jewellery I have made recently.

And my sister made me a necklace using washers and a ribbon that I posted about on thursday.

Thanks for commenting on my blog Recipe! Your kitten story reminded me of the time when DH was making his blue cheese dip- which is melted stilton and apple cider and he dropped the stilton on the floor, just as a high maintenance guest of our own walked in to catch him picking it up and rinsing it off under the tap Blush The look of utter distaste on her face..... and she avoided the dip and whispered to her husband to avoid it too. ..... i was so embarrassed!

[disclaimer- usually we would NEVER just rinse it off, but it was the only stilton we had and the guests had arrived early and we were panicking.....]

Those guests never accepted an invitation from us again!

Egusta glad it made you laugh - that story still makes me laugh, and Luce808 yes roasting cauliflower is the way forward, I'm convinced. Now, while you're all living it up at Blogfest, I get to stay home and run the PTA bonfire night, so last night, instead of getting ready to head up to London, I blogged the pumpkin cheesecake I made last week.

Aliceemma I can't comment on your blog as you need to turn the URL/Name option on, but my son did this and we came through the other side after a couple of months.
He howled and cried as I dropped him off, was fine all day then hid when it was time to come home.
Enlist the help of her carer to try and distract her and take her to do something special, and make sure you have some sort of treat for her at the end of the day. They usually are quite happy to get into the car if they have some stickers or something.
Good luck.
My son has been great for a year or two, and now he's all teary at the school gate again. :(

Why is it that as soon as you think you have something sorted, it all goes horribly wrong?
