QueenMaeve Sorry for the delay in replying... We've been away and my phone/laptop both seem very tempremental when away from home. I hope the wine was good and that you feel better. Smile

QueenMaeve How awful! Shock I'm really sorry to hear that. Sad Is there any chance you will start again? You can turn off the comments facility, and many people do, prefering instead to engage in conversation with their readers using twitter/facebook and leaving the blog to be purely their own. I was pretty tempted at one point. I think if I started to get comments like that I would. It's just not nice and there's no excuse for bullying, online or otherwise.

I hope you feel better. Have a Wine and Biscuit on me.

hello. I haven't blogged for a while (have been working on rl stuff and another blog which isn't here in the network) but this week I have

\link{http://attheheartoftheopinion.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/when-offensive-tweets-are-retweeted-by.html\written about people who retweet offensive comments}

that's not quite on the same level as other perspectives...

Getting back in the harness after a holiday often feels like getting slapped, very hard, across the face with real life.

American writer EB White once said, ?If the world were merely seductive that would be easy. If it were merely challenging that would be no problem. But I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and desire to enjoy it. This makes it hard to plan the day? lifeafterdebts.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/real-life-revisted.html

New on the blog.....I'm experimenting with more ways to clean with vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. If things make cleaning quicker, it's a winner in my book - and vinegar and bicarb are cheap, green and non-toxic too. Perfect!

Fridges, floors and showers....vinegar and bicarbonate of soda clean them all!!!
