DH keeps asking what I want but apart from earl grey tea bags and soap I honestly don’t want anything!
What would you like for Christmas? 🎄

Nothing, other than a light dusting of snow on Christmas morning. I'm hoping that my family really don't buy me anything this year, my family are very good at buying crap presents. I sound so ungrateful but I've honestly got a draw full of it, pat butcher type earrings, silk hankies, illumious scarves, items of clothing from somewhere obscure that are nowhere near my size. I take secret trips to charity shops away from my home town with some of it In the new year so none of my family spot I've given it away. I feel guilty that they have wasted hard earned money, and I'd rather a donation was made to a local food bank and have dropped a few hints whilst trying not to offend.

I have a running wish list and at my last look it was mainly Gin and craft supplies... my husband always ties himself in knots trying to get me something perfect and I always point him in the direction of my wish list and he always ignores me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This cute bloke I keep seeing around. Can you all pray to Santa that he makes our pass cross in a way where we're forced to talk to each other? Think a Nora Ephron -style Meet-cute? Pleeeese I have been sooo good this year x

Snow
A heated throw for the sofa on an evening

Can't think of anything else that I haven't already bought? Maybe a kitten friend for my cat!

P .S A new bathroom!

New double glazing & someone to come fix any damage to the paint/plaster afterwards.

I'd settle for some Bluetooth headphones though. Given that my birthday presents were a book I had no interest in & a Lego set the DC wanted, all bought by DH, I'm not holding my breath or even bothering to drop hints. He apparently thought I was joking when I told him exactly what I wanted. Hmm

I’m having this... and some nail varnish from the DC but there is nothing else I want oh apart from the usual socks and slippers that my DM buys me every year.

Some lovely ideas. I’d also like some bed socks, don’t have to be expensive, nothing fancy.

I want a European city break. Lastminute.com have 3 nights in Prague in March for £188 per person. I need to be nice to DH before I ask him... And my mum as she'll be babysitting!

The new Maison Margiela Under The Lemon Trees perfume although I've yet to see it in the John Lewis near me

Some lovely bed linen - maybe from the White Company sale, I love their stuff

PJs - a tradition in this house

Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturiser, which I love to bits as it's the only thing I've found that gives me a perfectly natural looking glow even when I feel like death but can never bring myself to buy it for myself, so it always goes on a Christmas/Birthday list

A book of all our wedding photos, as we still haven't done anything with them despite it being a few years ago now!

Some lovely ideas on here
