Also alarming is this on Yaniv’s Twitter feed from a couple of weeks ago, suggesting adults have sex in school bathrooms to “spice up” Valentines Day

How is it possible that this person is allowed to make such damaging false claims and be taken seriously as a victim, when they are so utterly predatory?

Yaniv is totally deranged. It is criminal that he's being allowed to persecute women in this way. I really hope the journalist who's taking him to court for assault wins.

With regards to using the name Jonathan Yaniv and male pronouns in my OP -

I believe this is consistent with Mumsnet Guidelines. Yaniv has a long history of harassing women and children that predates his transition. It would not surprise me if he became known as the Karen White Of Canada. Karen White is explicitly referenced in guidelines as an acceptable use. Excerpt below:

Yaniv’s long history includes adopting the online persona of teenage girls to interact with teenage and tweenage girls. He claimed he was doing this in the line of work but copies of the communications show comments of a sexual nature.

He has talked online about wanting to help ten year old girls with their first period with inserting tampons.

He has harassed women from ethnic minorities (predominantly Sikh) (the word ‘racialised’ was used but like a previous poster, it makes me irrationally annoyed for linguistic reasons) who were lone workers in their home or clients’ home to wax his testicles. When they refused, he filed legal complaints against (I think) 16 of them. He lost.

He has physically attacked more than one person in a way that I would describe as (trying to tread carefully here) consistent with male patterns aggression and violence.

There is more. Googling his name will lead you to much more information. KiwiFarms may not be the preferred source but they have a very large forum devoted entirely to him and they reference and archive information very well.

TLDR - I think it is appropriate and in keeping with Mumsnet Guidelines to use the name Jonathan Yaniv and male pronouns.

I can't understand how all the dots can't and aren't being connected. I mean, we're basically at a point where he RCMP of Surry, BC is saying that if you're a male who is interested in harassing women and sexually interested in pubescent girls, this is your safe haven.

I'm wonder what people actually get arrested for in Surrey. Obviously weapons charges would be one. I wonder what their rates of prosecuted DV cases is like compared to elsewhere. I also wonder what the background is of the station chief. Something really isn't right here.

What happened to their trial? They and their mum do not come across as reliable or stable. Can’t the courts stop them - also didn’t they harass and threaten neighbours?

Like others have said, I can't understand how Yaniv gets away with this. He must have something on someone.

It incredible that police are involved for a second in a washroom yet everything JY has done on camera, on social media, with tonnes of evidence and they are still walking the streets free to be openly predatory

They're just another link in a long chain of institutions afraid to question the narrative for fear of being labelled phobic.

Yaniv needs locking up in a male penitentiary (or mental health facility) with no internet access. Indefinitely.

What on earth is 'genital waving' ?

He has astounding support, starting with twitter and ending with his local police force. The proof is all out there, yet now a woman can't use women's toilets without being accused of sexual assault on a man. Maybe I've led a very sheltered life, but has there ever been as instance of a woman sexually assaulting a stranger in the toilets?

I admit to being baffled about the police he has on speed dial, but he has very little support on Twitter. He paid for most of his followers, and has several obvious sock accounts. In the real world, people are horrified by him.
