Thanks for sharing that. They will be getting mine as well - though doubtless they will not publish them as it will be about womens rights being eroded by trans rights.

Is there a way to see other comments before deciding to comment myself?

Lady I don't think there is. However I've participated in these Guardian
comments before and they did email me to confirm that I was happy to have my views published before it went into print.

I've just written an essay to the Guardian on the threat to women's rights by TRAs and gender self-identification. How is it possible to get so angry and wound up every single day about the same issue?

Upstart I have written it in my real name too, I'm beyond giving a fuck now. They can do their worst, I just don't care.

I am frightened to use my real name. I have read enough on Twitter to believe that there is a real risk of harm to women who have identified themselves. Male aggression to silence and control women. No change there then.

Done. Very "terfy" I bet it gets binned before you can say "burn the witch"

Me too. I'm now out on social media.
I'm not having future generations challenge me and have to admit I was too scared to stand up for the truth against this insanity.

Place marking. Will get round to it tonight.

Maaaaan that felt good.

Done. They won't publish it though as its about selfID and how important it is to fight against it. I did specifically note that this is not about transsexual people as so many assume, its about any male being able to declare himself female at any time.

I pointed out that the guardian itself was the worst offender. They'll probably look for the lead coherent one and publish that.

Cocks.

Least coherent

I've also submitted my comments and said how worried I am about self-id

Just maybe if they get 100s of comments on a similar vein, they'll realise how many people care about this.

I ticked the box for my comment to be used anonymously, if people are concerned.

I submitted a comment. Not overly thrilled at giving out personal details to left wing agencies with an agenda given the recent Labour shenanigans but whatever.

I doubt they will publish my comment although I was careful to stick to the subject of self ID and not use the T word anywhere. Hopefully if enough women comment they will get a sense of how fucked off we are and reconsider some of their biased reporting.

I get the feeling there will be a number of TRAs vying with us for commentary about how more recognition for porn and sex work blah blah blah... is the new frontier of women's rights

Done also. I tried short and sweet, but suspect it will just be binned as 'transphobic' so wont hold my breath.
