On Sunday I walked the Race for Life.....walked it and was knackered! All those 'I am going to get fit' failed starts and I struggled to walk for an hour.
This has got to stop!!! I want to run the Race for Life next year....
I weigh 13s 6lb and after 6 months in jeggings have realised all my jeans no longer fit. My big jeans!
The change starts now.
I have joined a gym and am going to do my C25k journey there on the treadmill so I cant make excuses about the heat, rain or cold.
Last night I downloaded the Couch to 5k app and did my first 'run' bloody hell no one prepared me for that...it was bloody hard, I am embarrassed by how hard it was.
So run 1 complete + 5 mins on rowing machine, 2000 calories in crisps fed to the birds to get them out of the house.
Next run on Wednesday...does anyone want to come with me.
