There's lots of threads on this but I'm starting this one as I feel behind when I look at the other threads and people have made progress already. I'm 5'7 and weigh 12st 1lb. I want to get down to about 9 stone but need some encouragement. Every day, I'll log on my food and update weight weekly, be it good or bad. If anyone else would like to join me, I'd love to have other people share their journey. I have a sedentary lifestyle, normally not hitting over 1500 steps a day so that's something I'm focusing on, as well as diet. I use MFP to track steps and food. I'll start with yesterday's food:
Breakfast:
2 kiwis
Strawberries
Green tea
153 calories
Lunch:
Ham sandwich (trying to cut down carbs so will look for alternatives)
292 calories
Dinner:
Salmon fillet with broccoli: 248
Snacks:
3x custard creams ()
1x ripple
1x large carrot
16oz water
1791 steps
Even if no-one joins, I'll still log this to see my progress and will weigh in next Friday. I'm going to be completely honest with what I eat, even if I fall off the wagon big time. Time to make a change
