Post Christmas food diary

B - 2 slices granary toast with one poached egg
L - Mums homemade soup, literally veg and water!
D - Steak with salad and a handful of homemade chips
Snacks - 2 small chocolate coins, 7 chocolate roses, 60g of brie and a half a slice of yule log - Christmas left overs are clearly my downfall Grin

Please feel free to join, I am trying to shame myself into not eating the left over rubbish in the house!

Porridge with chia seeds made with water.
Homous with salad, grapes and quinoa crackers.
Jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Poached eggs on toast
Bacon sandwich
Lamb kebabs with cauliflower rice
Chocolate reindeer and left over Christmas pudding - slightly better day today!
Walked lots today although very achey after weights exercise yesterday!

I weighed myself this morning and was 12 and a half stone Shock 2 stone put on in 6 months since moving in with my boyfriend... hoping to lose 2.5!

B - muesli with fruit juice
L - soup
S - roast veg with yoghurt and hazelnut dressing (!)
Snacks - 2 x choc truffles, cups of tea

B- Banana and a glass of milk (couldn't face a lot after the wine yesterday)
L- Chicken salad sandwich with some grapes
D- 1 slice of turkey pie with green beans, broccoli, carrots, parsnips, Brussels
Snack- Greek yoghurt.

Lots of diet cola, black coffee (no sugar) and water

Thursday Dec 29th 2016
Breakfast: Banana Pancakes and Coffee.
Lunch : Slice of GF bread, olive oil and homemade tomato soup.

Going to go back onto the Wahls protocol in the New year (paleo plus plan).

Rice crispies
Lunch out with my boyfriend, chicken and bacon sandwich
Half a pizza shared with my sister
No snacks today

Tomorrow will be out for dinner as well to wagamamas. I literally CANNOT WAIT to get back to my house where I decide what food is bought and available!

Thursday 29th (5.6kg (1-2 dresssizes to lose))

B - nespresso coffee and milk
L - pret tuna and cucumber baguette and a yoga bunny
D - m&s balanced for you chicken and bacon carbonara
S - 3 chocolate orange biscuits and another milky nespresso.

I'm going to sit on my hands tonight, I'm surrounded by sweets and cakes 🎂

I record my food on an app called Noom Coach, and it advises you on how you are doing and records weight loss etc.

Today has been an eating disaster in terms of fruit and veg intake. Ooops.

Meal 1 130g steak with veg 5g coconut oil
Meal 2 130g chicken with veg 40g cashew nuts
Meal 3 130g chicken with veg plus pumpkin seeds
Meal 4 130g of salmon / salad plus 1 avocado
4litres of water

B - full English cooked by FiL: 2 eggs, 2 rashers bacon, 1 sausage, 1 slice w/meal bread and butter.
L - half blueberry muffin in Starbucks + skinny mocha
D - baked trout and salad. Greek yogurt with blueberries + raspberry's + honey for afters.

Water and tea.

I am back home (finally) after 5 days at in laws, and whilst fun has been had, I have STUFFED my face and drunk buckets of wine and prosecco. Put on a good few lbs and feeling yuck, so looking forward to getting back to my usual healthy(ish) diet, and after NYE will be back doing Dry January and losing 5-6 lbs of Christmas over-indulgence.

I need to do this, leftovers are my downfall!
B - two slices of knutty krust toast, marmalade and peanut butter
Also finished my daughters birthday treat of lucky charms Blush

Is anyone else tempted to melt down the left over chocs for buns just to get them out of the house?! Is that mean of me?

Today

B- porridge, a banana and a black coffee no sugar
L- I am going to have 1 slice of jalapeño cheese on toast and 30g left over
Pringles
D- half a thin & crispy pizza with lots of salad
Snack, Greek yogurt as it needs using up

Will have Diet Pepsi, water and coffee throughout the day

Breakfast - cut up fruit.
Lunch - roast veggie soup.
Dinner - salmon, steamed veg and potatoes.

AND then some chocolate (it's all gone now).

Pasta salad and some feta and tomato bread from m&s which was absolutely great
Katsu curry from Wagamama

Tomorrow will not be great and I expect Sunday/Monday will not be either as it's basically a repeat of Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Diet starts Monday. Need to lose at least a stone.

I won't even bother telling you about yesterday, far too much to list Blush but I had fun!

Today
B- Banana
L- will be a grilled bacon and tomato sandwich
D- we will be having roast pork, parsnips, carrotts, Brussels, stuffing, a couple of potatoes, gravy
S- banana & a mini twister lolly

L- corned beef and pickle sandwich

S- bananas as they need using up
