I need a dress

We don't know how much time we have, DP has had a terminal diagnosis and we want to get married in the next few weeks. I am 57, a size 12, not as slim as I used to be, 5ft 7 tall and I don't want to wear white. It is second time around for both of us. I have no clue what suits me, I don't often wear dresses. Where do I even start? I am likely to have a baby attached to my hip for most of the day as we are foster parents and have a 10 month old living with us and it is important to us both that he is there with us so something that will forgive baby dribble would be prefect. How do you shop for a wedding dress in a lockdown?

Phase Eight has some nice options. Do you have a preferred colour? Length? Sleeves or no sleeves?

Dark brown hair, brown eyes, olive skin, not blessed in the bust department, slightly wobbly belly and that is the bit I am most aware of I think. I think I would prefer sleeves, my arms have toned up as I am constantly lifting and carrying the baby, slight heel to the shoes. I have large thighs too so feel self conscious in trousers (although my every day wardrobe is straight jeans, figure that one out ). I love that Bombshell site, I think that sort of style is the kind I would feel comfortable in.
