I'm very unfit and trying failing to lose weight. I'm paying for a gym membership that tends to get used once a month where I walk on the treadmill for a while then wander aimlessly around
Would it be worth me trying the weights or do I need to get my fitness / stamina up first? If it's worth me doing some now, where do I start?
