I hate the pine furniture in our bedroom and this cupboard in particular as it doesn't even match. Unfortunately Harry has adopted it as his. The cupboard stays doesn't it?

I can't get rid of it can I?

Maybe, just maybe, he would accept something like this as a replacement?

Of course, a lot of negotiation will have to take place in order for him not to shame and ridicule you. Do you accept this challenge?

That is a gorgeous photo of Harry! Will you give him a kiss on his nose for me .

Wantobe. He wants human furniture not cat furniture.

Harry has an epic nose.

Ok, the grotty cabinet stays along with the plastic table in the garden!

Want2beme, I don't like ducking out of a challenge, but it just won't work. Toddler is right, human furniture is preferable, particularly if I want to sit on it or get rid of it!

Spartacus, I will take my life in my hands and kiss his little nose later on as he's relaxing in the garden at the moment!

Joffrey, he does have a rather lovely nose. I also like the little lightening flash on his forehead!

It's good to have a nice thread for Harry for a change, rather than worrying about him!

From the last photo, I also think he needs a kiss on his big scrunchy paws and on his forehead. Just saying.

He's just so gorgeous. That nose definitely needs a kiss. I had a basket and a scratch mat that the girls never touched. So I put it behind an armchair till I got round to throwing them out. All of a sudden they are the best things ever. I really want to replace the basket with a cat tipi though

Would he accept it being painted in a naice chalky paint then you would both win? That nose is just lovely.

Is it the furniture or the position of it?

Coz, you could replace like for like if it's position.

You know that the cat gets the final say. The pine furniture has to stay.

Have you tried putting a nice soft blanket on it, specially for him so it's nice and comfy for him?

'Cause I can almost guarantee he'd never get on it again, and then you could get rid of it.

Please give a nose boop from me too.

Thank you for all the lovely comments about Harry!

It actually the cabinet I don't like. I suppose I could try painting it but I'm not very artistic and it could go very wrong!

I'll pass on all the kisses later (he's now behind the BBQ). It'll be dangerous even with few teeth and trimmed claws!

I think you should sand it down and paint it black and white splodgy.

Then at least it'll match something...

That was for effect! The patio doors are open and it's literally a couple of metres from the house. He really has mastered the 'who me?' look!

Yes, but he wants to be outside and he is being oppressed because this wet stuff is falling from the sky, poor snookums.

Why can't you turn the rain off, he's thinking! I agree, black and white splodgy would be marvellous Grin
