Please help me choose a box set...

We are just in the process or re-watching the fantastic 'West Wing' and would like a new box set to get into. DH and I both enjoy CSI, Lost and watched the first 2 series of 24.
Can anyone suggest a new series for us? Ta

The Sopranos. Best television show EVER. It's just ridiculously good.

DP and I have similar tastes to you (love all the shows you mentioned) so I really think you would like it.

Band of Brothers is amazing. DP and I used to watch about 5 episodes in a row as it's so compulsive.

The Wire is another one I would heartily recommend.

Haven't seen west Wing and are currently watching CSI Las Vegas. I have bought DH the new 24 box set for Christmas and he is getting me Bones. Bones would be my recommendation.

Massive West Wing fan here too, just love it. We recenty watched all of the Sopranos having never seen it before and it is FANTASIC, defo watch it.

apparently the wire can take a while to get into. i've seen the first couple of episodes and it didn't really click with me so i didn't bother with the rest, despite the hype.

i thought some of the stuff DH got was a bit too 'teenagey' for me

then i watched it and changed my mind!

have you seen buffy the vampire slayer? or the X files from start to finish? (we watched one after the other after the other - loved em!)

weve got the wire series 1, still got that one to watch. we also love CSI, Lie to Me, House, that kind of thing!

DH keeps telling me how good Sopranos was., but i never watched it. tell me if its worth it - i can add that to my amazon wish list!
