You have to watch this. 2 girls - brought rundown terrace - going to do all the work themselves - didnt have a buildings survey and the place is a state!

kitchen at the back, bathroom in the middle. at least then they would;ve been able to use the dining table for 4 instead of 2!

Valued at 90, was put on the market at 108!!!! and sold for 95 as Jasper said. Girls also said the first viewer would buy it.... dillusional !!!!!! That kicthen should not have been there.

Oooohhhh so wanted them to lose everything - arrogant twats - DP was screaming at the TV for most of the programme - and pissed myself when the builder put thise little metal ties up to hold the roof up!!!

Should have sold it to the solicitor and made 15k straight away with no work at all!!

We were wondering if thery were lesbians but yes the blonde one did sort of turn into an uber lesbian by the end of it!!

Sarah ahd a little boy called Billy - thought she looked good considering - mind you he is 6 months now!! She just needs to go to a hairdresser that makes her hair look nice and not like a bird has shat on it and FFS buy a decent bra woman your boobs are round your waist!!

She wasn;t fat at all - thought she looked great in that respect just think she has no idea about underwiring or hair and as for them doing what they want why go on TV with a woman who has made a shit load of money out of property development and then act like a petulant teenager when given advice???

their attitude re: the loft was downright dangerous & stupid, imo. ffs the roof could have fallen on top of them and where would they be withtheir blooming renovations then? and having a kitchen with no windows is a big no-no imo

sorry the cow comment was a joke!

just it is alot harder when you are developing your own property to get everything right. And yes you do beleive your own views are correct. the fact they were aiming for 70k and got 95k is pretty good I thought. they both worked in factories, i think they should have a pat on the back for risking it and putting some effort into to making a bit of 'extra' money. It was a learning curve for them. It si bloody hard work living on a building site aswell!

think i misunderstood the bit about sarah aswell, i thought we were on about the chunkier lesbian

But the extra they got was due to the rise in house prices not them being great developers!!
