Just haven't changed Chanel after Bake Off but actually this looks quite good!

I’m watching. Love this show. Am in stitches already!

I’m watching. Those love island two......think they’ll be caught soon!

I think Dom joly might do well. Seems switched on?

It is good but I get annoyed by the unrealistic powers of the hunters. I hope this series is better.

I hadn't even heard of it so it's all new to me!

They annoy me by ringing their family. Why are people so incapable of stopping contact?

I sometimes go away on my own for ten days and don’t ring dh during that time, or indeed anyone. And I’m not having phones tracked/being hunted!

I went off Hunted when they introduced drones.

First series was good and now it seems stacked against the hunted.

How can their manager be talking about viewing figures when this is the first show?

Report
AngeloMysterioso · 16/10/2018 22:03

I think it's viewing figures of their reality show.

I find this show so stressful! It does seem like they have more powers than the actual police.

I can’t believe I’m on the side of a Tory MP! Confused

I'm watching it for the comedy value only. The last series was so overly produced I went off it big time. Love Dom Joly's Dutch accent though.

Watching and shouting at tv with frustration. So contrived. Why would the private estate let them in? Why is she stood in a house with open window and curtains? Drives me mad.

Why don’t they turn their phones off? He was in the army, surely he would know!!!

NicoAndTheNiners · 16/10/2018 22:15

I am beginning to think the whole thing is scripted.

I suppose it has to be really otherwise with celebs money they could just hole up in a fancy hotel with 24 hour security paid not to let anyone in and stay there. They’ve got to get a show out of it.

Never watched before but following on from Bake Off thought we would give it a go.DH got into it but it lost me when Kay Burley decided to 'hide ' at her luxury Cotswold holiday home.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty stupid too.

and yeah I agree, stop calling your family!

My kids love this show - they are allowed to watch it on the strict condition that any bad language isn't repeated. (Youngest is 10). They've spent all morning plotting what they'd do if they had to go on the run. Plans range from sophisticated planning using VPNs and lookalike decoys to hiding in granny's attic.

Were they allowed onto to the private estate because they supposedly have the same powers as the police? It does feel that they have more & more things at their disposal each series but if you've ever watched you'd know using your phone is a no-no and even contacting people on a burner raises flags with the hunters

I really enjoyed this. Does anyone know when the next episode is on?

I really want smug Kay Birley to get caught first, in her deluxe Cotswolds private estate.

Oh, I didn't know this was back on, I really liked the last series. And it was also one of the only tv shows my eldest sat and watched with me (whatever I watch is not cool, no matter if he likes it or not! 🙄)

Next tuesday I think. As ridiculous as it is, I like it. Still remember Spencer from Made in Chelsea pissing them off last time by ducking in and out of london to visit the girlfriend. And McFly boys winning.

I enjoy this programme but some of them just seem quick clueless.

The best way to play it I think is to rely on very little people and never your family and friends.
