I'm a massive Dr who fan. I'm excited to see the role portrayed by Jodie. Just saw the outfit on fb. I think it's gonna take a bit of getting used to. I really like the coat though. They may have gone a little too masculine with it. Not sure yet.

Hmm. I'm not sure. I don't hate it but her coat looks a bit ... safe.

The main clothes are fine. But the coat doesn't look very Dr-Whoy to me.
I'd prefer a darker look.

It's hard to tell what it will look like moving around which is kind of key I think.

The lighter colour of the coat reminds me of the Sylvester McCoy / Peter Davidson era. I don't want the new Doctor to remind me of the Sylvester McCoy / Peter Davidson era!

The other new series Doctors have all had a few different shirts etc, but all done not that obviously apart from the odd totally new/similar suit. I'm not sure how they're going to do that with this!

I love her boots though.

For me the trousers need to be longer, even if they only reach halfway down the boots - Matt Smith's trousers had the "too short" look but they were only by a few inches and, to me, looked fine. The rest of her outfit falls into quirky territory, the trouser length is just wrong. And impractically chilly!

I prefer the outfits of the other re-boot doctors. Tom Baker was perhaps the last decently dressed traditional doctor.

The modern doctors seem to have had practical costumes so far. This doesn't seem at all practical at all. I think that is actually what bothers me.
