I KNOW it is a little early, and most of the songs were leaked last week(and are on the last other thread) but I'm out tomorrow morning and cannot contain my excitement reallyXmas Grin

So here are the songs being sung on Saturday night.

Luke Friend
We Are Young by Fun
What Makes You Beautiful by Luke Friend
DUET: Anything Could Happen by and performed with Ellie Goudling

Nicholas McDonald
Candy by Robbie Williams
Angel by Sarah McLachlan
DUET: Flying Without Wings by Westlife and performed with Shane Filan

Sam Bailey
Edge Of Glory by Lady Gaga
Power Of Love by Jennifer Rush
DUET: Any I’m Telling You by Jennifer Hudson and performed with Nicole Scherzinger

Bizarrely, Sam is performing her duet with Nicole. Of course, a duet with Sharon would have been odder. Clearly, the producers need to keep Shitsinger busy, or else she will be at the desk mainlining shiitake mushrooms.

And no X Factor final is complete without a Wee Westshoiter, this time it's the turn of 'The Bankrupt One'

We're going to need wine.Xmas Grin

Badgers- I was confused by the 'What makes you beautiful thing'. I assumed it's the Wandies song.

All of the south-east has donated curtain fabric for his shirt this week.

I have Asda ginger mulled wine. It is very nice. I have a bit of a cold, so can pretend it is medicinal.

have been up all night with sick-y kids.

I will probably fall asleep 5 minutes before it startsXmas Grin

Flying Without Wings is one of my numerous guilty pleasure songs Blush

I'm out with friends for a Xmas meal and drinks this afternoon so I may be slightly lubricated tonight. And if I'm not here at all, you know I'm on a table somewhere doing my best Mariah Carey in Xmas earrings.

I know this is the X factor thread so I apologise if I offend anyone, but is anyone else disappointed with the talent they had on this year? I just feel in previous years the competition has been a lot better :(

milk- not offended at all- it has been really dire this year, an all time low.
But then this isn't really an appreciation thread- we watch to laugh at the terrible outfits, and ponder which planet Nicole is actually fromXmas Grin

Hahahahahaha, milk, have you not seen these threads before? Your comment may be the nicest tonight Grin

I am glad there's a Westshoiter there. Hoping for stools and undone-black tie obvs.

On a related note, have you seen the tax bill comeback album from Boyzone advert? Tis HILAIR. Ronan and the Crimmy One attempting a smoulder whilst trying not to blink in those glaring lights that make your eyes blue. And the short one that looks like an extra from The Office attempting same but looking like a cross between Kenneth Williams and Roy Cropper. Do keep an eye out, it's ace. Best advert this year.

Also, I read an interview with Shitsinger in Costa today. I was in Costa, not the interview. Twas either in the Fail or the Times magazine.
Anyway, she managed to make Sarah Palin sound deep and educated.

Most dubious claim to most tenuous 'fame' ever - I waved as Wee Barra's helicopter flew over my house on Tuesday!

I think I love Shitsinger. I want to be her little fat friend, and learn how to be sh-amazing. In fact, there is a reality tv show right there. Like 'My Fair Lady' with added blue Smarties.

I need a drink.

I drink about five times a year.
This, I think, merits being one. Must have something

Did you not watch the Boyzone programme last night Sue? They showed a clip of Louis from the nineties with brown hair, I swear he had a perm too, I actually roared! Grin

I shall cry tonight at some point. It's been a difficult day today, tis DS1's birthday, so we are feeling the fact that DH is not here, so you ladies will have to keep my pecker up!

No, dulling, there are limits. I did not.

Poor Iam. But be bolstered by the very strong chance that we will be WANGERED tonight. Lo! He approaches.

Things I have learned from this one small but FABULOUS page on the interwebs:
The Duffers did a flit, leaving all their clothes behind
There is ONE stylist for the XF. He is a loon.
There is a choreographer and it is SISCO. You know.
The following are back this very night:
Jedward
Two Shoes (plump essex pair?)
Klitty
Ryland
Wanger
Diva Beavers

HUZZAH! Am all cheered up. It almost makes up for having to watch Lady Gagger and Apeface t'other week.

scroll down to see Klitty looking like a boiled sheeps head in a Miss Piggy wig

I bloody loved Two Shoes- they were amazeballs. They deserved to do better than they did. But fell foul of the 'one of ye is upduffed' ruling, so elf and safety means you will fall at the first hurdle.

Also loved Beaver Fever and their fluorescent lycra shorts- and the one who never sang a note. I mean, how can you go wrong with Duck Soup 'Barbra Streisand?' !

Maybe Tamehra should have done that one. Xmas Grin

Evening all, it was DS birthday yesterday, Iv just got rid of a bunch of muddy teenagers from my lounge as they've been paint balling all day and came back here afterwards, the place needs fumigating but for now I'm cracking open a bottle of Christmas wine and 'enjoying' X factor Grin
