don't buy online if you think you might want to return stuff, I bought from fatface online and it took 22 days to process my return and then another week for the money to be credited back to my account...

Lol thanks.

Are trousers/shorts suitable for folks with big bums and small waists? If I try on another pair of poorly fitting shorts I might just go mad!

Sizing is big. I have several items of theirs and they've all come up big.

Sizes generous.
Sale usually July I think.

What Malory said - everything I have from there is an 8 and is still loose. I tried a dress on in an 8 not long ago and it was too big to buy. The other one I have could do with taking in as well.

LOVE their stuff though.

Fat face chance of me getting in an 8.

Glastonbury is a tad far. I have to go to Chester which is lovely but a pain, so thinking of ordering online.

I have picked up some Fat Face stuff at half price any time of year. Just a matter of timing.

Generous sizing, you need to go down a size usually.

I was in Fat Face on Sunday and the assistant mentioned that the sale would be starting "soon" and then went on to say "the beginning of August". They do have a number of redutions at the moment. I picked up a tunic top which had been reduced twice and was a bargain at £13!
HTH

I like their stuff, just got a pair of jeans from there. The sizing is pretty generous, I went a size down in a jumper I bought recently. Note that if you buy mail order and want to return, you can return to the shop - I'm sure I did this once!

There's a Fat Face concession inour nearest John Lewis.

I still can't quite believe there is actually a shop called "Fat Face". I walked past it the other day in town and laughed out loud, and I thought "I bet one of them will know why it is called this." Do women really shop there? It's like having a men's shop called "Small Penis."

Had never thought of it like that UQD. LOL.

Perhaps men are more paranoid about daft names-women don't give it a second thought.

It is still a brill shop though.

Thanks for the code dexter. Pinky's post has reminded me that there's probably a Fat Face in John Lewis, which is probably closer than Chester (and I can go into Wilmslow too and shop with the posh people).

Do you think they'll let me shop in Wilmslow? Or will they have a 'No Stokies' sign?
