I have a fake fur one from Jasper Conran. I bought it in 2004 and I still love it.

I wear it with allsorts.

Not seen many about though.

I think you have to be very careful with gillets and how you wear them, otherwise they can look very mum uniformy, flat round toe lace up boats, cargo trousers and gillet seems the common combo round here, its just a bit lacking in imagination really. I wore mine with long sleeved dress and jeans and scarf, but I look liek a walking jumble sale most days

I agree Cod! I am a 36 DD and could look like Michelin man which is why I am thinking no to a quilted one!
