Bubble bath for sensitive skin

Hi. Can anyone please recommend a bubble bath that is good for sensitive skin.

I have suddenly developed an adversion to most bubble bath. Every time I have a bath my skin is so dry and itchy afterwards. Never used to be. I am currently going through the menopause so may be because of that. I am looking for a moisturising bubble bath that is not harsh on the skin.

Many thanks in advance.

I react to lots of bubble baths too. I keep pinching DD’s Child’s Farm stuff (she has eczema, but doesn’t react to that). I’m not sure I’m part of their intended customer base, but I don’t care Grin

Baby bubble baths may be better.

I have child's farm creams/lotions that I applied to my face as I have third degree burn scars and I reacted to that [hmmm].

I will try Johnstons baby bath I think. It's strange as I have never had sensitive skin before. Must be my age! Almost 50 Grin.

Thank you for your replies Smile

Sanex is the only bubble bath DS can use without irritation.

It could be the SLS chemicals that make the bath 'foam' which could be irritating your skin. Even baby ones can contain this.

Sainsburys have a really good range of bath and shower gel that is SLS free which might be worth a try.

Why not bath 🛀 without bubbles if you are having problems?

*speckledyhen - because I like a bubble bath as opposed to just plain water. I am hoping to find one that doesn't irritate my skin before I resort to just bathing in plain water.

My DD has had the same problem. Although she doesn't like baths any more!
It's very hard to find bubble bath without SLS as that's the ingredient that does the bubbles. It's very expensive (£15 ish) but Neils Yard is lovely. Burt's bee is good too as is Neom but that very expensive too but lovely. I ask for them for Xmas and birthday for me!
I find Child's Farm bubbles disappear quickly.

Sainsbury's stocks a range that is SLS free too. DD has the shower gel, can't promise they make a bubble bath

Hi op the problem is if you like bubbles the stuff that makes bubbles may be irritating your skin. What about using a nice bath oil and a nice bar of soap instead?
