Microblading

I know this has probably been asked loads of times but can anyone give me their experience/photos of microbladed eyebrows?

My eyebrows are so fair you can’t see them if not tinted. And even then they are very sparse, no shape/definition to them.

I am interested in microblading but don’t know if I would ever be brave enough. I would want such a natural look and all the pictures I see make me wince as they are all so fake/harsh looking

Anyone had eyebrows the same as me and had success with creating a natural look with microblading?

Many thanks

My eyebrows are dark and thick at the top but sparse at the ends. I had them done 9 months ago and I rave about them to everyone I meet! They are an absolute gamechanger, have totally changed my face and made me look more youthful. I love them and will have them done again as soon as they need it.

I had mine done and like them but for one thing. I wish I had plucked my brows - even though they barely showed, to the shape I like before having them done, and maybe even died them, so the person doing them knows what line you like. Mine ended up not being the shape I prefer because they hadn't been plucked for ages and they are a thicker line than I would have liked.
Also make sure you like the colour they are using. Mine are darker than I like because I prefer to go without make up and they did them the colour I would have with make up whereas I would have preferred them a more natural dark blond shade rather than brown.

Oh thank you. That is very helpful. They look very natural in that photo

That is all good advice. I did think about that - kind of drawing on the shape you want when you go for the appointment. Still not sure I’m brave enough though! X

I've had them done twice now and have been very pleased with the results. The beautician drew them on first to check that I was happy with the shape and we had a full discussion about what I was expecting the end result to be. They have lasted about a year for me before fading slightly.

Friend has had this done and is delighted. I haven’t seen her with them yet, but she isn’t someone who is hugely made up normally, and always looks lovely, so if she is pleased then I think they must look good.

I took some pics off pinterest to show the beautician as I wanted natural looking brows rather than the fake fashion look. She painted a few colours on my forehead first to show how they would look with my skin and hair. The initial prep of deciding the shape and colour, and her doing templates on my skin (using a ruler and thread) took longer than the actual procedure.

I had them done before chemotherapy and I'm so glad I did. They were pale and sparse before chemo and obviously non existent when all my hair fell out. The person who did it showed me lots of before and after pics and discussed what I wanted. I didn't want a ridiculous looking HD brow. I was really pleased with the result. Had to wait until 3 months after finishing chemo before I could have the top up session, and she also tidied them up with threading as my natural brows were growing back. No photos to hand I'm afraid, but pretty much like NotPennysBoat above

Pictures arent the best. The second one was taken the same day right after treatment. It faded quite a bit the first couple weeks.

Whatever you do, go somewhere That’s been recommended by someone you know who had it done.
I know Someone who has it done recently and they look terrible.
She has plenty of money so wouldn’t have scrimped but it’s really not a good look

Thank you all of you. Really useful advice

I think research into who you chose to do it is key. Think I’ll book an initial consultation

Thanks again.

My eyebrows were so grey and patchy I looked like I didn’t have any. Microblading transformed them. That was 17 months ago and they are starting to fade and lose definition so I will have them redone soon. The practitioner is in Enfield near London if that’s any good to you. PM me if you want her details.
