Accessorise a classic outfit to create your own 'look' e.g. I'm a good one for black top, smart jeans and a chunky necklace and / or bangle.
Echo the good bag and shoes too, you can get away with cheap (ish) clothing if you have good accessories.

drink 2 litres of water every day
go to bed before midnight
eat lots of berries
cut out alcohol and coffee
If you are trying to lose weight don't eat after 8pm

try this product for dark circles - get it cheaper on ebay
Get some GHD straighteners if you don't already have them
yes agree with decent hair cut

Don't think I can afford £95 for an eye cream. Does it really work?

Dark circles can go if you follow a healthy life style and drink loads of water -- my sis got rid of hers which were appalling do a detox for a few weeks and they have stayed away

Iam guessing you want to get yourself ready for the wedding so I would suggest in addition to all other great ideas...

Daily exfoliation and body cream.
Regular deep conditioning treatments for hair
lots of hand cream and nail care
Eyebrow waxing
weekly facemask/monthly facial to ensure skin used to them
regular exercise
Loads of water
Eat oily fish to improve skin
Drop white flour and sugar to reduce bloating and get slinky waist

All great advice - I really need to get going on drinking more water and losing some weight. I've joined weight watchers - had a successful first few weeks, but have ground to a halt a bit.

I find Evian easier to drink as bottled water goes. Streetwise - yes the cream really works on me. I have always had dark circles since a child. You can get a small pot on ebay for £15.
