I like brown, bronze and golden tones, basically warmer colours. Thank you

Sounds like the Urban Decay Naked palettes would be right up your street, and they are good, if not cheap.

At the popping-to-the-shops treat end of the scale, I'm about to buy my second Blushed Nudes palette as I've found all the colours really useable, some so much that I've finished them. Some are matte, some have shimmer, last well, minimal creasing - even on my sometimes knackered looking eyes.

Urban Decay Naked Heat?

It's really gorgeous, especially if you have blue or green eyes.

I have naked palette 3 which I love, was initially going to get the Heat Palette but thought it too redish for me, but I probably should've got it as "red" tones suit hazel eyes.
Anyway after getting the 3 I read an article that said revolution iconic3 is a dupe of naked3 as are their other iconic pallets of naked.
I had the iconic at home and did a swatch test and yes they are the exact same. The naked has more pigment and lasts longer but the revolution is not far behind, so if you're on a budget it's well worth a shot.

I don't need anymore pallets but I will pick up the other revolution ones to have when I see them as they're so cheap.

How about Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam? Lots of people rave about the formula. I don't have his one but j have their Prism palette and it's lovely.

It's got to be one of the UD Naked palettes. They are beyond brilliant.

I have all the Urban Decay palettes and don't reach for them very often. My most used (for these colour ranges) are Anastasia BH Soft Glam and Violet Voss Holy Grail. I like the Violet Voss the most.

I took advice on here and bought Naked palette for SDs Christmas present. She was so happy with it she cried.
Lovely deep pigments.

The Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palettes are incredible! I use the Dolce Vita one, and it makes my eyes look amazing, whenever I do 'the look' for a night out I get loads of compliments on it. A bit pricey but really worth the splurge. even I, a make up imbecile can use them to create glamorous looking eyes.

I have many UD palettes and they are gorgeous but my current favourite is this. I bought it for travelling but I keep pulling it out of my travel bag to use at home. You buy the palette and custom fill with your choice of colours. The shadows are powders but have a beautifully soft creamy testier that blends well and the colours are v well pigmented. The palette and 6 colours cost £36 in Debenhams.

I also love the Huda Beauty Rose Gold palette. I have the original and it is lovely but this new version also has a mirror (as it bloody well should at that price).

user I got my Violet Voss palette second hand on a reputable FB resale makeup group for very cheap - she'd only dabbled with a few colours and was having a much needed clear out (as I really should do too!). It really is a lovely palette Grin

Thanks all. The only palette I have heard of is urban decay naked. I understand there are s few of them. I will have to start with cheaper brands though and hope there are some good dupes.

The sleek i-divine palettes are also very good They cost about £8.00 and are often on buy 2 get one free in Boots or `Superdrug. I looked at the website and there are currently 17 different versions!

This one might suit you? It would give you the chance to mess around and experiment with different colours and looks before committing to something high end.

I bought a dupe of the Urban Decay Naked palette in Aldi last week. I started a thread here about it but nobody cared Grin

It's nice, but I haven't tried the UD one so I don't know how it compares.

It was about £6.

Makeup revolution has dupes for most popular palettes. The formula for most of the palettes is nice and blendable. Go to Superdrug and have a go at searching some.

Hello again, I'm back just to say I saw these pallets in Boots today. They are £8.99 each but you could buy any two Rimmel products for £10. I got a grey palette which I don't normally wear and thought I could try as it's so cheap and I won't have wasted much money. If I don't like them, my birthday is coming soon and I will ask for one of the pricier palettes.
