Non tinted brightening cream? Does this exist?!

I want something like Benefit That Gal brightening primer, I like that it makes my skin look like a better version of itself. It's pink tinted and just gives me a glow. I don't like that it doesn't last all day.

Can anyone recommend something similar? I have been to every beauty counter and no one seems to know what I mean! I don't want anything glittery or tinted, something that is basically not make up but which helps even out my skin.

It has to be very quick and easy to apply, I'd like to just add some concealer and blusher on top. My skin is very dry (I use a great moisturiser though) and no wrinkles really, just a little redness on my chin, nose etc

Please please can someone help?!

I think eborian (Korean brand) have a non tinted CC cream. Space NK sell it

I can't quite work out how that could work.

If it doesn't have any colour, how does it make you "brighter"?

A clear substance could make you shinier, or more matt, but what is "brighter" in this context and how do you feel it could be achieved by putting a colourless cream or liquid on your face?

Hmmm I guess the benefit is pink tinted so that seems to add a glow? It just doesn't last very long

I use Clarins Beauty Flash Balm for exactly this reason. I adore it, repurchased it regularly for at least 7 years.

Ooh thanks I did come across that one but didn't look into it as thought it looked glittery? Is it glittery? Is there a tint to it? If not I think I'll try it!

Beauty Pie Lumiboost Spot Brigtening Serum. Non-tinted. It glazes over your pores/minor imperfections a bit, makes you skin very glory andgas a long term effect of reducing scarring/pigmentation.

Sorry that was a reply to HL

I tried the clarins on my hand the other day and wasn't sure what it did? Is it to go on top of moisturiser and adds a nice glow?

I'm 44 and I use this with my moisturiser every morning.

It just brightens the skin, gives a very subtle glow; very cheap, might be worth looking at.

I basically use it as a primer, don't tend to wear it on top of moisturiser as my make up then just melts off.

Re Bobbi Brown, not glittery and no tint. Feels lovely on skin and smells a bit like lavender. I mostly use it under BB cream as a primer but also use on its own too.

I'm pretty sure that's what Occitane's Creme Divine does. It really is fantastic, but it's also nearly £80 a pot, so much as I love it, I don't buy it!

Erborian cc is good
And I use PUR highlighter from m and s which seems to last all day
I mixed both with moisturiser for a subtle effect, I hope

Nip+Fab do a blur cream that makes my skin look, I don't know, better in some way. www.nipandfab.com/skincare/range/viper-venom-micro-blur

MAC Strobe Cream is similar to That Gal but it is tinted and needs to be to do the job. There’s 3 types I think. You only need a tiny smidge and it lasts for ages. Can either mix with primer or moisturiser for an all over glow or use as highlighter.

Boots botanics all bright cream. About £5, slightly peachy/pinky in colour with a slight sheen/shimmer. I’m a mua and it’s one of my fav products. Far better than clarins flash balm imo x

I use this. Perfect with a bit of pigmented foundation for a sheer and glowy look.

I seem to remember that soap and glory do something like this. Can't recall what it's called but it's in a silver tube and it's really good for perking up soon and giving a glow.its not tinted at all. I'll post what it's called when I've googled it
