SandunesAndRainclouds Tue 31-Oct-17 21:23:14 M&S?

There was a thread a few weeks ago about the wonderfulness of a face cream, which I'm sure was M&S own brand. I looked in there today and couldn't remember, looked for the thread and couldn't find it confused

Was it the night cream that was supposed to make you look like you'd had 8 hours sleep?

Was it the formula overnight mask? That's lovely.

SandunesAndRainclouds Tue 31-Oct-17 21:36:06

This one?

pk78 Tue 31-Oct-17 21:50:59

Thats the one Sandunes!

Worth £22 though? Surely it can't actually work?!

jenandjess Tue 31-Oct-17 22:04:59

Oh believe me, it works!!!!!!

Oblomov17 Tue 31-Oct-17 22:17:25

Really? Seriously? It works?

SandunesAndRainclouds Tue 31-Oct-17 22:17:58

How? Does it get rid of that sallow tired look or something else? It sounds too good to be true...

Leilaniii Tue 31-Oct-17 22:22:56

M&S skincare is amazing!

jenandjess Tue 31-Oct-17 22:40:14

I can honestly say that my skin looked much better even after just a couple of night’s use. Plumped up and some lines ironed out, jist fresher looking. I’ve never had that from a night cream before. Two months on and I still love it. I no longer look an absolute fright when I get out of bed!

sorry caps on by accident

NikiBabe Tue 31-Oct-17 23:09:30

What is the aldi one?

lovemylover Tue 31-Oct-17 23:27:05

its called caviar, like the more expensive cream ,but cant remember the expensive stuffs name
Its lovely and you can feel the effect when you put it on,and only £6-99
Also they do a 3 minute face mask, and serums

Fosterdog123 Wed 01-Nov-17 02:15:47

La Praire is the expensive equivalent of Aldi.

Honeycake50 Wed 01-Nov-17 09:40:51

Anyone tried the M&S cream with combination skin? Night creams leave my skin oily on the tzone, tempted to try this..

Littlechocola Wed 01-Nov-17 11:40:52

I always go back to the Aldi one. A friend posts it to me as I don’t have one nearby.

lovemylover Wed 01-Nov-17 12:36:24

* Fosterdog* yes thank you, couldn't remember what the expensive one was called,
Obviously less caviar in the Aldi one, but over time it does make a difference, and at £6-99 well worth it in my opinion
I have not noticed any difference with the M&S one, but maybe depends what your skin was like before using it,to see a difference

Cheesymonster Wed 01-Nov-17 13:31:15

I have it and I have combination skin. I love it.

eloisesparkle Wed 01-Nov-17 14:07:41

For some reason M&S links on Mumsnet never work for me in Ireland- I think it may be because there are 2 separate M&S websites- one Irish, one UK. Aghhh!
So what is the actual name of the cream please ?

BringMeTea Wed 01-Nov-17 17:26:34

Absolute Ultimate Sleep Cream.

fluffydogs Wed 01-Nov-17 17:35:03

It’s not made the slightest difference to me unfortunately 😮

eloisesparkle Wed 01-Nov-17 18:49:09

Thank you.

confuseddotcom82 Thu 02-Nov-17 09:12:02

Rejuvenating an old thread as wanted to report back re. the M&S wonder night cream...

i have combination skin and it didn't work for me. I think it's made my skin worse and I am covered in blackheads even more. So back to Olay Regenerist for me, that one is amazing.

Hope M&S cream is working though for others out there!

This stuff gave me spots! And I never usually get them. Big nay from me.
