Looks good. I would try it on though because some jumpsuits 'drape' a bit funny, from what I've seen. However the one you've picked looks like this wouldn't be a problem.

I like it but the creasy bits around the crotch area look a bit odd.

I run and swim = good arms.
I’m actually pretty underweight and want something to not draw attention to that.

I use a pull buoy for 1/2 the lengths I do so I'm not using my arms loads (my legs get their turn when I run).
